How It Works

Sign Up – Fill out the form below to receive your unique referral code.

Refer – Share your code with restaurant owners, cafes, food stalls, or any F&B business looking for a reliable POS system.

Merchant Activates – When the referred merchant signs up for any zenpos plan and completes their first month, you earn your referral fee.

Get Paid – Referral fees are paid monthly via bank transfer or GCash within 15 business days of merchant activation.

Who Can Join

This program is open to any individual or business entity in the Philippines. Whether you are a freelancer, a small business owner, a tech professional, a student, or anyone with connections to the food and beverage industry, you are welcome to participate.

Important: If you are employed, it is your responsibility to ensure that your participation in this program complies with your employer’s internal policies, including codes of conduct and conflict-of-interest guidelines.

Program Terms

Referral fee is PHP 3,000 per activated merchant (merchant must complete their first full month on ZenPOS).
After 10 successful referrals in a single calendar quarter, the rate increases to PHP 5,000 per merchant for the remainder of that quarter.
There is no limit to the number of merchants you can refer.
Referral fees are subject to applicable withholding tax. A BIR Form 2307 will be issued for every payout.
Payments are processed monthly, within 15 business days of merchant activation.
A referral is considered “activated” when the merchant has completed setup and paid for their first full month of service.
ZenPOS reserves the right to modify program terms with 30 days’ written notice.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS – ZenPOS Referral Partner Program

1. Independent Participant. By signing up for this program, you acknowledge that you are an independent participant and not an employee, agent, or representative of CodeLikeUs Technologies, Inc. or ZenPOS. This program does not create an employment, agency, or partnership relationship between you and ZenPOS.

2. Compliance Responsibility. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your participation in this program complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and your employer’s internal policies, including codes of conduct, conflict-of-interest policies, and procurement ethics guidelines. ZenPOS does not encourage or require any participant to act in violation of their employment obligations.

3. Anti-Bribery. This program is not intended to influence procurement decisions or circumvent any organization’s vendor selection processes. Referral fees are paid for introductions only, not for guaranteed sales or preferential treatment. Participants shall not misrepresent their authority, influence, or relationship with any prospective merchant or their employer.

4. Referral Fee. Referral fees are earned only when a referred merchant successfully activates on ZenPOS and completes their first full month of paid service. ZenPOS reserves the right to verify all referrals before processing payment.

5. Tax Obligations. Referral fees are subject to applicable withholding taxes under Philippine law. ZenPOS will issue BIR Form 2307 for all payouts. You are responsible for reporting referral income on your personal or business tax returns as required by law.

6. Disqualification. ZenPOS reserves the right to disqualify any referral and withhold payment if: the referral was obtained through misrepresentation or fraud; the referred merchant cancels within 30 days of activation; there is evidence of coercion, bribery, or violation of any law or regulation; or you have violated the terms of this program.

7. No Exclusivity. This program is non-exclusive. ZenPOS may operate other referral, reseller, or partnership programs concurrently.

8. Data Privacy. Your personal information will be collected and processed in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012, RA 10173, and ZenPOS’s Privacy Policy. Your information will be used solely for the administration of this program and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

9. Modification and Termination. ZenPOS reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this program at any time with 30 days’ written notice to active participants. Earned but unpaid referral fees at the time of termination will still be honored.

10. Governing Law. These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
